Moisture Monitoring & Compliance

All users of Moist Capital's services agree to:

• Maintain appropriate wetness levels as prescribed by our moisture experts.
• Not artificially inflate or deflate reported hydration metrics.
• Allow periodic moisture audits as deemed necessary by our Chief Moisture Officer.
• Participate in our annual Dampness Disclosure Program™.
• Refrain from using our proprietary HydroMetrics™ technology for non-approved moisture measurement applications.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Moist Capital's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
